INTEGRITES Welcomes Ksenia Koriukalova As New Counsel To Bolster Its Cross-Border Litigation Team

INTEGRITES is proud to welcome Ksenia Koriukalova as Counsel within its Cross-Border Litigation practice group, managed by partners Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov. 

Ksenia Koriukalova brings over a decade of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. She has previously been part of several leading Ukrainian law firms where she advised clients on a wide range of international dispute resolution matters. Ksenia has extensive experience of working on commercial and investment arbitrations under the rules of leading institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, ICAC at the UCCI, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She also represented clients in complex litigations before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court, and worked on high-stake cross-border litigation projects. 

In her new role, Ksenia Koriukalova will advise clients from a wide range of industries, focusing on Energy and Natural Resources, Transport, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Construction, Banking and Financial services, International Trade, and further enhancing the capability of INTEGRITES in industries of a particular importance for Ukraine’s rebuilding.

Ksenia holds an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from New York University School of Law. Prior to that, she earned an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University in Sweden, and a Master’s degree in International Law from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University in Ukraine. She is admitted to the bar in Ukraine and the State of New York (USA).
