How you will contribute:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A matters
• Draft and review various types of legal documents in English and Ukrainian
• Assist in conducting due diligence and drafting detailed due diligence reports
• Participate in negotiations
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the project lead and/or clients

What can be your asset:

• A degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university, foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Corporate and M&A practice)
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and other foreign languages
• Excellent analytical, research and legal writing skills
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, productive and client-oriented approach, ability to perform both autonomously and within a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
